Sellulare

Privacy Policy

We collect very little on this website. We would rather tell you exactly what, and why, than bury it in ten pages of boilerplate.

1.Who we are

This website, sellulare.com, is operated by Sellulare — a trade name of ⁧بصمة اثير لانشطة مراكز الاتصال⁩, a limited liability company registered in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

For the purposes of the Jordanian Personal Data Protection Law No. 24 of 2023, we are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

  • Company: ⁧بصمة اثير لانشطة مراكز الاتصال⁩ — a limited liability company
  • Company number: 76139
  • Address: Amman, Jordan
  • Email: [email protected]

2.What this policy covers

This policy covers the personal data we handle through this website, and through enquiries you send us from it. It is short because we collect very little.

It does not cover data processed inside our software. Sellulare products are deployed on our customers' own servers — on-premise, air-gapped, or in their private cloud. Call recordings, transcripts, scores, and everything else processed there stay on the customer's infrastructure and never reach us. The customer is the controller of that data, and it is governed by the separate written agreement we sign with them, not by this policy.

3.Information you give us

If you use the demo request form, you choose what to send: your name, your company, your work email address, an approximate monthly call volume, and your message.

The form does not submit anything to a Sellulare server. It opens a pre-filled message in your own email application, and nothing leaves your device until you press send there. Your enquiry then reaches us as an ordinary email at [email protected].

We use what you send only to reply and to arrange a demo. We do not add you to a marketing list.

4.Information collected automatically

Serving a website necessarily involves some technical data. On this site it is limited to the following.

  • Server logs. Our hosting records a standard entry for each request: IP address, browser user agent, the URL requested, the date and time, the response status, and the referring page.
  • Cloudflare. This site is served through Cloudflare, which provides our DNS, content delivery, and security protection. Cloudflare processes your IP address and request metadata to route traffic, cache pages, and block malicious requests.
  • Cloudflare Web Analytics. We use Cloudflare's privacy-first analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It records the page address, the referring page, the browser user agent, the country derived from your IP address, page load performance, and the response status. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, does not retain your IP address, and does not fingerprint you or follow you across other websites.
  • Network error reports. Cloudflare asks browsers to report failed requests so connection problems can be diagnosed. Only failures are reported — successful page views are not.
  • Language preference. One cookie remembers whether you chose English or Arabic. Our Cookie Policy explains it in full.

5.Why we use it, and our legal basis

  • To reply to your enquiry and arrange a demo — on the basis of your consent, and as a step taken at your request before entering into a contract.
  • To keep the site secure, available, and working correctly — as a legitimate part of operating the service you came here to use.
  • To understand aggregate traffic, such as which pages are read and how quickly they load — using analytics that do not identify you.
  • To comply with legal obligations, where the law requires it.

6.What we do not do

  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data.
  • We do not run advertising, retargeting, or marketing pixels of any kind.
  • We do not build profiles or make automated decisions about you.
  • We do not track you across other websites.
  • We do not ask for sensitive personal data through this website, and we would rather you did not send any.

7.Who else processes data

We keep this list deliberately short.

  • Cloudflare — DNS, content delivery, security, and web analytics for this site.
  • Our hosting provider — runs the server that serves these pages.
  • Our email provider — carries and stores the enquiries you send us.
  • Google Search Console — shows us aggregate statistics about how our pages appear in Google Search. It is verified through our DNS records, places no script and no cookie on this site, and collects nothing from your visit.

Everything else on this page — fonts, icons, graphics — is served from our own domain. This site loads no third-party embeds, video players, chat widgets, social buttons, or external fonts.

8.Transfers outside Jordan

Cloudflare and our hosting and email providers operate internationally, so the limited technical data described above may be processed on servers outside Jordan. Where that happens we rely on providers offering appropriate contractual and security safeguards, consistent with the cross-border transfer requirements of the Personal Data Protection Law.

9.How long we keep it

  • Enquiries you email us — kept while we deal with your enquiry and for as long as we have a business relationship with you, then deleted.
  • Cloudflare Web Analytics — retained unsampled for seven days, then kept only in aggregated form.
  • Server logs — kept for a short operational period for security and troubleshooting, then rotated out.

10.Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 24 of 2023 you have rights over your personal data. You can:

  • ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy of it
  • ask us to correct it if it is wrong or incomplete
  • ask us to delete it
  • object to how we are using it, or withdraw consent you gave earlier
  • complain to the competent Jordanian data protection authority if our response does not satisfy you

To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We will respond within the period the law requires. We may need to confirm your identity first, so that we do not disclose someone's data to the wrong person.

11.How we protect it

The site is served only over HTTPS, with Cloudflare's edge protections in front of it. Beyond that, our strongest protection is how little we collect: this website has no accounts, no login, no database of visitors, and no payment processing.

12.Children

This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

13.Changes to this policy

If we change how this website handles data — for example by adding a form that submits to our own server, or by changing analytics providers — we will update this page and change the date at the top.

14.Contact us

Questions about this policy, or about how we handle your data, can be sent to [email protected], or by post to Sellulare, Amman, Jordan.
