2.Acceptance
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
We may update these terms. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
3.What this website is
This site describes what we build and who we build it for. It is published for information only.
Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to supply. Product descriptions, technical specifications, capabilities, and availability may change as our products develop.
4.Demo requests
Sending us a demo request starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, and we may decline or defer any request.
Please do not send confidential information, credentials, customer data, or other people's personal data through the demo form. If you need to share something sensitive, tell us and we will agree a proper channel first.
5.Our software is governed separately
These terms cover this website only. Any deployment, licence, evaluation, support, service level, or professional services relating to Sellulare software is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Nothing on this website varies, replaces, or adds to such an agreement.
6.Intellectual property
The content of this site — its text, design, layout, graphics, the Sellulare name, and our logo — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.
You may read the site, and print or share individual pages for your own business evaluation. Beyond that, you may not copy, republish, frame, or redistribute it without our written permission.
You may not scrape this site in bulk, or use its content to train machine learning models, without our written permission.
7.Acceptable use
- Do not interfere with the site or the infrastructure serving it.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.
- Do not use automated tools to harvest content beyond ordinary, well-behaved search engine crawling.
- Do not conduct security testing against this site or our infrastructure without our written permission.
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, we would genuinely like to hear about it. Please report it privately to [email protected] and give us a reasonable opportunity to fix it before disclosing it publicly.
8.Links to other sites
Where we link to another organisation's website, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
9.Disclaimer
This website and its content are provided as they are. We take care to keep the information accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, free of error, or continuously available.
This disclaimer applies to the website. It does not limit or vary any commitment we make in a signed agreement with a customer, including the security and deployment commitments recorded in that agreement.
10.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Jordanian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, or business, arising from your use of this website or from reliance on its content.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11.Changes to the site
We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of this website at any time, without notice.
12.Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of this website, are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The competent courts of Amman have exclusive jurisdiction.
