Why Sellulare
We build AI the way regulated industries need it: local, auditable, and fluent in Arabic.
On-premise by design
Our software is built to run inside your data center from day one — not a cloud product with an on-prem afterthought. Air-gapped deployments with local AI models are fully supported.
Arabic-first AI
Dialects, code-switching, and the way your customers actually speak. Our pipelines are engineered for Arabic from the ground up, with English handled just as well.
Built for regulated industries
Role-based access control, full audit trails, tenant isolation, and encrypted credentials. Compliance isn't a feature tier — it's the default.
Serving the sectors where data must stay home
Security is the product
Everything we ship assumes your auditors are watching.
On-premise deployment
Runs entirely inside your network.
Audio never stored
Files are processed in memory and deleted.
RBAC & audit trail
Every action logged with user, IP, and time.
Air-gapped option
Local AI models — zero internet required.
Frequently asked questions
Does our audio or data ever leave our network?
No. AudQA deploys inside your infrastructure. Audio files are processed in temporary storage and deleted immediately after analysis — only transcripts and scores are kept, on your servers. In air-gapped mode, even the AI models run locally with no internet connection.
Which languages and Arabic dialects are supported?
AudQA is Arabic-first and handles Modern Standard Arabic alongside regional dialects, as well as English and mixed Arabic-English conversations. Transcription engines are swappable, so you can choose the one that performs best on your calls.
What does deployment require?
A single Docker Compose stack on standard Linux servers. Most deployments are running within a day. Local AI models run on a GPU; deployments that use approved cloud models have no special hardware requirements.
Can it run fully offline / air-gapped?
Yes. AudQA can run with fully local transcription and analysis models, requiring no outbound internet connection at all. This is a first-class deployment mode, not a degraded one.
How do we control AI costs?
Every call's AI usage is tracked and priced per call, per pipeline, per model. You can mix local models (zero marginal cost) with cloud models, and many conversation metrics are computed deterministically with no AI cost at all.
Do we need to change our telephony system?
No. AudQA ingests recordings from your existing system via API push, signed webhooks, or scheduled SFTP/FTP/SMB/HTTP fetch — whatever your recorder already produces.
